How long does it take to process an order?

Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands and brains.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If you haven't received your confirmation email, please contact us at shop@sazilo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

What about shipping?

At Sazilo we ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live down the street from us then you'll get it faster than if you live in another continent. The shipping company quotes, but does not guarantee, 2-5 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping is longer. 

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address for quick, seamless journey. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order and ask that you re-submit your order.
